Product Introduction

Superfine Calcined Kaolin is a highly engineered aluminum silicate material, processed to achieve an ultra-fine particle size with excellent distribution. This product offers a combination of high brightness, low abrasion, good opacity, moderate oil absorption, high viscosity, and excellent flowability. It undergoes controlled heat treatment to remove crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups, enhancing brightness and providing superior performance for various applications.

Primarily designed for use in the production of thermal paper, high-end coated paper, and other specialized papers, Superfine Calcined Kaolin improves paper brightness, opacity, and smoothness, while reducing production costs by replacing a significant portion of titanium dioxide (TiO₂). It enhances ink absorption, printing adaptability, and dispersibility, making it ideal for high-solid content coatings used in high-speed coating processes.
